The restaurant is inside the 4-star Vincci Consulado hotel. We had dinner on a wonderful terrace overlooking the Bilbao estuary and the Guggenheim Museum. The food was delicious. Afterwards, you can stay there and have a drink on the terrace, which has a sofa area. Highly recommended!
